  All weekend POP pre-purchased bracelets purchased by persons who are not HGCS students will be available beginning at 5:00pm Friday, Oct. 25th at the fair's Hospitality Booth. Bracelets must be placed on each individuals wrist by Fair Personnel.

- As the purchaser of a pay-one-price bracelet, I understand that the policy of Crescent City Amusements renders this bracelet worthless once it is removed from the original holder's wrist. If extraordinary circumstances require that a bracelet be removed before it expires, I agree to call Chastity Landry, 985-969-8244 BEFORE the bracelet is removed to discuss the possibility of a replacement. Furthermore, I understand that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can any ride bracelet be replaced, even if improperly fitted or defective, without 1) a valid reason for removal AND 2) return of the original ride bracelet.
